How To Structure Health Care Stipends for Employees

March 24, 2025

Nonprofits devote their operating funds to supporting their mission. Nonprofit leaders also want to support the wellbeing of the employees who make their mission possible by providing healthcare-related benefits. It is important to structure benefits in a tax compliant manner, and it is no surprise that tax law can be complex.

In this webcast, we will provide an overview of the different strategies to provide healthcare-related benefits outside of traditional employer-provided health insurance. These strategies can include healthcare stipends, ICHRAs, and QSEHRAs. We will also touch on ACA compliance.

Speakers: Caroline E. Dorsey, Senior Associate, and Adam B. Snyder, Associate, Morris Manning and Martin
