Nonprofit Information Update Form

From time to time, PBPA will ask clients to update your nonprofit’s information on file with us. We share this information with attorneys who volunteer to assist your organization. We also collect information to provide demographic data to ratings organizations, such as GuideStar, and grant-making organizations that request such information.

  • When entering Legal Name of Organization, please add the word UPDATE. This will keep your form from being rejected as a duplicate. For example, if your organization is called “We Help Kids, Inc.”, please use “We Help Kids, Inc. Update”.
  • When asked “Please describe the specific kinds of legal assistance you now need or anticipate needing in the future,” please feel free to list any current or future needs, or note that you only are updating your information.

Please complete the online form to update your organization’s information.
