Electronic signatures for Nonprofits

July 1, 2014

Electronic signatures can help get your organization’s business done easier and faster. By having participants and volunteers sign liability releases and other agreements online, you can reduce paperwork, shorten contract exchange times, and ease your document retention burdens. You should be aware, however, that electronic signatures also present special concerns and issues. In a webcast and a new article available on our website, Creighton Frommer of LexisNexis covers the issues, discusses online releases and digitally signed contracts, and presents best practices.
